Unofficially Fall

I love a great cap sleeve shirt with a cute collar.  I don't normally wear this top by itself, usually I have it open over something, but I was dying to wear it tucked into this skirt.  While we unofficially made our way into Fall with the start of September, it is still over 100 degrees here.  Lately I've been super nostalgic and yearning for cool weather so I can wear cute layers.  A girl can dream can't she?
