Italian Sausage Balls
Roasted Brussel Sprouts
Vegetable Soup
Ingredients:You can use what ever veggies you would like to in this soup! Here are the veggies I used!
5 Carrots-Chopped
4 Stalks of Celery-Chopped
5 Red Potatoes-Chopped
1 Sweet Onion-Sliced
1 Yellow Squash-Chopped
1 Zucchini-Chopped
4 Bottles or Boxes of Chicken Broth (you can even use chicken bouillons to make the broth)
Bay Leaves
Salt and Pepper to taste
Start by pouring all of the chicken broth in a medium-large sized pot, heat on high. While your broth is starting to warm up, begin by slicing your onions then putting them into the broth. Chop up your celery next, place it in the broth. Then begin chopping your carrots, placing in the broth and so on and so forth. (Typically you can put the veggies in the broth in whatever order, but I like to go with what I think takes the longest to cook.)
Salt and pepper to taste and bring to a boil. Reduce heat, cover and let simmer. Stirring occasionally until the veggies are soft. After it is done cooking you could throw a bit more salt and pepper in however you'd like it to taste. Serve and enjoy!
